Usually, doctors will recommend a change in your lifestyle including eating healthier and increasing your physical activities. They may also prescribe weight loss medicines approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FD), and etc. 

For severe cases, doctors may recommend surgery, behavioral weight loss programs, and etc. 

The key to overcoming obesity and overweight is continuing treatment, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and regular monitoring with your doctors.

Living with obesity can be very difficult. So is the treatment process. But in order to get better, and be healthier, you need to work with your doctors and overcome any hurdle you might encounter during your treatment process.
